Setting Up an Organization
Normally, when you register, an organization is automatically created using the same name as your username.
Occasionally, though, you might want to set up a separate Organization—perhaps under a company name—when several users from the same firm are working with DaDesktop.
NB: Creating an Organization is a feature reserved for Super Admins only.

How to Create Organizations in DaDesktop
You have two options for creating an Organization. The first (and default) creates the organization owner account at the same time, while the second lets you skip that step if the owner account already exists.
Creating the Organization Together with an Owner Account
- You'll need the account owner's email, password, and first and last names. You can assign roles as needed. The currency is tied to the portal you're accessing; for example, dadesktop.com defaults to EUR here in Spain, while dadesktop.cn specifies CNY.
- The Organization name is also required, along with a short code. Keep the code brief—once set, it cannot be changed.
- Settings for Allowing course recordings or publishing them apply to ALL recordings within the Organization. The same goes for Receiving Promotional Emails—whatever you choose here governs the entire organization.
- 'Allow Recordings' controls whether Recordings are available across the whole organization.
- You can select Private servers if needed. Please note that a server must be marked as 'Private' before it appears in the selection.
