Privacy Policy

DaDesktop values the privacy of everyone who uses our services. This policy details how we gather and handle your personal information and the steps we take to keep that data safe.

We only collect and process personal data when it's essential for delivering our services to you, or for the legitimate purposes outlined in this policy. Keep in mind that the way data is collected and stored differs significantly based on the hosting option you pick.

NobleProg Hosted Public Server

This option is housed in a NobleProg data center (Spain within the EU - compliant with GDPR). It’s a shared environment for NobleProg clients, and NobleProg can access it.

Should you opt for a server located outside the EU, local regulations may come into play. Customer data from the UK is kept within the UK.

NobleProg Hosted Private Server

This is situated in a NobleProg data center (within the EU). It’s a dedicated server for a single organization, and no other entity will utilize the hardware.

If you choose a server placed outside the EU, local laws might be applicable.

On-Premise Server

The server will reside on the organization’s own premises. The software gets installed on that server, and all data stays entirely under that organization’s control.
