NobleProg-hosted public server

This environment is hosted in a NobleProg data center located within the EU, ensuring GDPR compliance. It operates as a shared server serving NobleProg clients, which allows NobleProg access to the infrastructure.

If a server located outside the EU is selected, local regulations may apply. Data belonging to UK-based customers remains stored within the UK.

NobleProg-hosted private server

This setup is hosted in a NobleProg data center within the EU. It provides a dedicated server exclusively for a single organization, ensuring that no other entity utilizes the hardware.

If a server located outside the EU is selected, local regulations may apply.

On-premise server

The server is situated on the organization's own premises. The software is installed locally, and all data remains under the complete control of the organization.

  • Accessing DaDesktop requires account registration.
  • Registering for an account involves providing personal details such as name, email address, username, and password.
  • This data is collected to enable service access and maintain security.
  • Your data may be used for account-related communications.
  • Account data is retained for the duration of the active account.
  • Accounts can be canceled at any time, resulting in the removal of account data.

 

  • Clients can choose to manage users independently or request NobleProg to handle user management.
  • Server encryption can be applied to prevent NobleProg access.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

 

Training Room Data (including cloud desktop activity and chat function)

  • Activity within the Training Room may be monitored by the course instructor, training management, and technical support.
  • Monitoring enables the allocation of appropriate data resources, assistance with issues, tracking of course progress by instructors and management, and compliance with Terms of Service.
  • Terms of use prohibit personal activities, including social media use, financial transactions, or personal web searches.
  • Data is deleted once the course is confirmed as ‘finished’.

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop offers an integrated audio/video feature.
  • This feature utilizes NobleProg infrastructure rather than external software.
  • Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participants) may be recorded for troubleshooting. No audio is recorded. These recordings are deleted 14 days after course completion. Access is restricted to NobleProg administrators with SuperAdmin privileges .
  • All collected and stored data is managed by the client.
  • Course Desktops and Recordings may be recorded for troubleshooting or other purposes (see Shared Server). These recordings are the client's responsibility and are automatically removed after 14 days due to the auto-delete process.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

  • If recording is utilized, NobleProg stores the recording, which can be monitored. The account holder decides when deletion occurs.

Technical Support

When contacting us for technical support, you must provide personal data, which may include name, employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason for support. This data helps resolve issues and understand common user problems. All technical support is handled within NobleProg.
