Following each annual product update, they deliver between 20 and 24 online training sessions to more than 300 users. Previously, they had to supply computers with pre-installed software for every session. Participants can view the trainer’s screen alongside their own at the same time, which makes comparing and following along seamless. The trainer can monitor all student screens simultaneously, simplifying supervision and guidance. Trainers can also take remote control of a student’s desktop to assist them at any moment. One user from Europe remarked that it feels like “the trainer is right next to us.”
